Colourful Contemporary Kitchen
This particular client came to Hawk K&B with a brief to create a contemporary kitchen space and most importantly, it was to include splashes of orange.
We specified a Rotpunkt kitchen with Silestone worktops to remain in keeping with the contemporary style and chose a predominantly grey colour palette in order to ensure the pops of orange stood out within the kitchen design. We decided on glass orange splashbacks which paired beautifully with the four orange pendants that the client had previously picked for the space.
She liked to socialise, so the space needed to be both functional and accommodating. We, therefore, designed the space with plenty of seating, including a large dining table and a breakfast bar situated on the kitchen island. We also installed an electric AGA in Pearl Ash which contrasts yet complements the contemporary aesthetic.
The end result is a bright and bold welcoming space creating an uncluttered environment to entertain guests.
